Programs / Plug in
To view all the documents on the site (videos, PDF files) you will need the following programmes (free to download on the inidcated websites).

Windows Media Player
All videos are in WMV (Windows Media Player) format. To view them download the Windows Media Player from the Microsoft website (free to users of Microsoft Windows).

Adobe® Reader® to read PDF files
The website also has PDF (Portable Document Format) files, which you can read online or print. Download Adobe® Reader® from the Adobe website.

Web browsers
This site is optimised for the most frequently-used browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and Mozilla Firefox 3.0.8 under Windows. If you have an older version you can update at the following sites:

Note:In IE download of signed Active-X controls must be enabled (Tools > Internet options > security) in order for you to view the videos.

Mozilla Firefox

To view videos correctly in Firefox please also download the following plugin: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx which enables access to the Windows Media Player controls (play, pause, stop, fast forward etc

Note:To run videos in Mozilla Firefox you must click the "play" button on the Windows Media Player (just clicking on the thumbnail picture of the students will not run the video).
